Beverly Pattern has produced quality tooling for our clients in the
foundry and plastics industries for over fifty years. Founded as a
pattern shop we combine the modern computer-aided process with
old world craftsmanship building accurate patterns for industry. We
have designed and built all types and sizes of foundry patterns and
plastics tooling since 1954 for a variety if industries. Our clients
include the manufacturers of semiconductor equipment, prepress,
medical instruments, automotive applications, pumps and turbines
of all types, commercial-grade castings, as well as architectural elements.
We supply tooling to all types of plastics molders including Thermoform,
RIM, Structural Foam, Urethane, Roto-Mold, Blow Mold, Compression, and
Injection. We are proud of the fine craftsmen we employ, some of which
have been with Beverly Pattern for 20, 30, or 40 years.
Our 17,500 sq. ft. facility is located in historic Beverly,
Massachusetts. With an in-house engineering staff we consistently
produce tooling that results in low cycle times and fewer rejects so you
spend less time and money in production. You will get a higher yield on
